Multan Sultans' sixth Consecutive Victory, Peshawar Zalmi defeated by 42 runs

Lahore: In the 16th match of Pakistan Super League season 7, Multan Sultans defeated Peshawar Zalmi by 42 runs to claim their sixth consecutive victory and reach the next stage.

A match was played between Peshawar Zalmi and Multan Sultans at Qaddafi Stadium in Lahore, in which Peshawar Zalmi’s captain Wahab Riaz won the toss and elected to field first.

In pursuit of Multan Sultans’ 183-run target, Peshawar Zalmai started batting, then Kamran Akmal was dismissed for four on a total score of 5, Haider Ali also returned to the pavilion on the last ball of the first over with a total score of five, then Liam Livingston. And Shoaib Malik tried to form a partnership but Livingston got out on a total score of 42, so Zalmai suffered the third loss.
