Islamabad : So far, more than 1.3 million people in Pakistan have been vaccinated against coronavirus.
According to Media report, 2,610,000 doses of corona vaccine have arrived in Pakistan so far, of which 1.5 million doses were given as gifts by China while 1,060,000 were purchased.
The government has purchased 1,060,000 doses of food from China and 50,000 corona from Russia. In total, 2,610,000 doses of the vaccine have arrived in Pakistan while more than 1.3 million citizens have been vaccinated.
Provinces have more than 200,000 doses of vaccine and the federation has 1 million doses. In the next few days, another 500,000 doses of vaccine will reach Pakistan from China.
Sources said that talks are underway with three Chinese companies for the purchase of 30 million doses of the vaccine. ۔
