Lahore : The Punjab government has restored Metrobus, Orange Line Train and Intra City Public Transport from today.
According to the notification of the transport department, the Punjab government has approved the resumption of intra-transport.
All public transport, including metro bus, metro train and speedo bus, has been restored. The notification said that public transport should be run with SOPs.
Due to lockdown in Multan, Metro and Speedo bus service has been closed for 23 days. Public transport has been restored under SOPs. The Transport Department has also issued a notification to lift the ban.
Metrobus will also run between Rawalpindi and Islamabad today. Mass transit was closed for 22 days due to the Corona lockdown.
