In this regard, it was also alleged by the government that the property tycoon had given Al Qadir University Trust land to Imran Khan and his wife to ‘cover’ his other illegal affairs, while other gifts were given to him. are apart.

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has turned the inquiry against former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife into an investigation related to hundreds of kanals of land in the name of Al-Qadir University Trust and the case with the property tycoon allegedly worth more than fifty billion. NAB officials were earlier probing the alleged misuse of powers and the process of recovery of crime money received from the UK.

NAB had come across incontrovertible evidence, on the basis of which the inquiry into the matter has been turned into an investigation. According to the NAB, when the matter reaches the investigation stage, then the accused are directly interrogated and if necessary, they can be arrested for questioning.

The inquiry against Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi Barrister Shahzad Akbar and real estate developer has been converted into an investigation in this case.

Imran Khan’s lawyer, Barrister Gohar, told that when he learned that the inquiry into the Al-Qadir Trust had been converted into an investigation, he had filed an application in the Islamabad High Court on Tuesday, in which It was requested that NAB be stopped from arrest.
