LONDON: British MP Naz Shah has written a letter to Foreign Secretary Dominic Robb raising questions on the British red list.
According to details, British MP Naz Shah in his letter to the Foreign Minister has raised the question on what scientific basis Pakistan was included in the red list, while the rate of corona cases in Pakistan is lower than in France, Germany and India.
He wrote in the letter that the British government is making political decisions instead of protecting its people, this move of the government is against Pakistan and the Pakistani community.
Naz Shah said that he also raised a question on the red list in Parliament but no answer was given. It was said that it would take time to state this. I am still waiting for the answer to my question.
He said that according to the latest figures, the corona is spreading rapidly in France, Germany and India, with 403 people per 100,000 people per day in France, 137 people per 100,000 people in Germany and 100,000 people per 100,000 people in India. Of these, 24 are affected daily.
The letter Naz Shah wrote that the rate of corona cases in Pakistan is lower than in France, Germany and India, 13 out of every one lakh people in Pakistan are affected by corona daily, the new type of corona from South Africa does not affect Pakistan. In this context, why did the UK not include France, Germany and India in the red list?
He questioned whether the British government did not have a coherent strategy for the red list. The British government is making political decisions instead of protecting its people, the real figures are being ignored in the decisions of the government.
