Cairo: A ship stranded in the Suez Canal for about a week has been freed from the grip of the ground, after which the departure of about two and a half hundred cargo ships has begun.
The giant ship, which sank in Egypt’s Suez Canal last week, was finally pulled out after much effort. Engineers freed the Evergreen from the shore on Monday afternoon.
In this regard, the Suez Canal administration says that after the restoration of the stranded 400-meter-long ship, traffic is flowing in the channel. The front of the ship was separated from the canal.
