New Zealand: New Zealand has passed a law giving parents paid leave in case of miscarriage or stillbirth.
According to the British Broadcasting Corporation, the New Zealand Parliament has passed a law on ‘trauma leave’ for abortion or stillbirth, under which parents with this condition will be given three days’ leave in return for their Salary will not be deducted.
New Zealand MP Jenny Anderson introduced a bill in Parliament which was passed unanimously.
