VIENNA: Allama Ghulam Mustafa Baloch, President of Pakistan Friend Austria and the officials of the organization, with reference to the birthday of the Father of the Nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, celebrated Quaid Day in a grand manner at the local hall Hotel of District Vienna, in which religious, social, Heads of philanthropic, political and sports organizations and the business community attended in large numbers.
Acting Ambassador of Pakistan Embassy Vienna Adeel Afridi was the chief guest of this event. Qari Shabbir Ahmed performed the duties of the stage secretary. The ceremony started with the recitation of Holy Quran by Abdul Rehman Shah. Naat Sharif was recited by Hafiz Dilawar Attari. Allama Ghulam Mustafa Baloch, President of Pak Friend Austria, welcomed the Pakistani community for participating in the Quaid Day celebration at the beginning of the program.

Dr. Fawad, former President of Islamic Thought of Austria, Malik Abdul Haq, Ghalib Hussain Shah, Pakistan Friend Austria President Allama Ghulam Mustafa Baloch, former Ambassador of Pakistan to Austria Muhammad Hayat Mehndi and well-known columnist Professor Shaukat Awan addressed event and highlighted the efforts of Quaid-e-Azam for creation of Pakistan.
Poems on Quaid-i-Azam and Pakistan were presented by Abdul Sattar Mehr and Aftab Ahmed Saifee. The chief guest of this event, Acting Ambassador of Pakistan Embassy Vienna, Adeel Afridi said in his short speech that I congratulate all the members of Pak Friend Austria for celebrating the wonderful Quaid Day.
At the end of the ceremony, Qari Junaid Attari, who came from the UK, prayed for the high status of the late father of the nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali, and for the country of Pakistan, especially the Muslims of Kashmir and Palestine.
Pak Friend Austria President Allama Ghulam Mustafa Baloch thanked all the attendees for attending the function and a sumptuous meal was arranged for the guests at the end by Pak Friend Austria.
