An important decision regarding whether the Pakistan cricket team will go to India to play the World Cup 2023 or not is expected today.
A committee chaired by Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will consider a visit to India.
Federal Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination Ehsan Mazari has said that if Pakistani teams can go to India to play, then the Indian cricket team should also come to Pakistan.

He said that other Indian sports teams are coming to Pakistan.
It should be noted that earlier after the announcement of the World Cup 2023 schedule, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had said in its statement that the decision to send the Pakistani team to India will be taken by the government.
PCB said that the Pakistani team needs government permission to visit India.
It should be noted that the ICC World Cup will be played in India from October 5.
