Long March : Govt Closed all Routes from Punjab to Islamabad

Lahore: Government Closed all Routes from Punjab to Islamabad due to long march of PTI. Sources in the Punjab Home Department said that the entrances and exits of all the districts of the province have been closed and all the routes to Islamabad have been closed.

According to sources, transport to Islamabad from all the districts of the province has been closed, no one will be able to leave the district in the long march while all the transporters have been informed in this regard.

According to sources, the transporters have been instructed that no one will give his car to the participants of the long march.

Sources said that containers have been delivered to Faizabad area to stop the PTI’s long march, while containers have been placed on the Jhelum river bridge on GT Road, which will take the road from GT Road to Islamabad. Is closed

According to sources, GT Road was blocked at Attock Khurd, which cut off Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from Punjab.

In addition, the M1 motorway en route to Islamabad has been closed at Swabi, while the motorway from Lahore to Ravi Toll Plaza has also been closed with containers.

According to sources, it has been decided to deploy Rangers in Lahore in view of law and order situation.

It is to be noted that PTI chairman Imran Khan has announced a march towards Islamabad on May 25, after which the police is cracking down on PTI leaders.
