Rawalpindi: Unique honors of Rawalpindi Division in the implementation of development schemes in the entire province. All the districts of the division are among the first seven districts in the province in terms of implementation of development schemes.
Jhelum district is number one in the province in utilizing 65% of funds for implementation of development schemes.
Attock and Chakwal are third and fifth with 52% and 48% of the funds utilized, respectively
Rawalpindi district ranks seventh in the province in terms of utilizing 45% of funds on development schemes.
No other division in the province has this honor
Commissioner Rawalpindi Capt (R) Muhammad Mahmood said that “we are following the strict implementation of the government’s good governance policy. The implementation of ongoing development schemes and projects in each district is closely monitored”, he said.
