Berlin: Fund-Raising Litrary Gathering for Flood Affectees. Leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Germany, Rana Saqib Khalid and social Activist and poet Imran Ali Manj organized a literary gathering in a local restaurant in Germany’s eastern city of Chemnitz, in which leaders of various literary organizations across Germany, professors of Urdu, Poets and well-known personalities of the literary circle and lovers of literature participated.
In the ceremony, the general secretary of Urdu Anjuman Berlin, well-known poet Anwar Zaheer Rehbar, professor and journalist Ishrat Moin Seema, Professor of Urdu Department of Hilbad University Berlin and general secretary of Bazam Literature Sarwar Ghazali, young poets Kashif Kazmi, social personality Naseer Ahmed Malhi, Iftikhar Ahmed, Aamir Aziz, Sunny Ram and Khaleda from Prague city made a special appearance and blessed the event.
Ishrat Moin Seema presided over the mushaira in the ceremony while Anwar Zaheer Rahbar took charge of the arrangement. Berlin’s young poets Kashif Kazmi, Naseer Ahmed Malhi, Aamir Aziz presented their beautiful ghazals. Their romantic ghazals received great applause. Various poets recited their new poems regarding the recent floods in Pakistan and received great applause.

Professor Sarwar Ghazali, Anwar Zaheer Rehbar presented his fresh words while Sarwar Ghazali appealed for donations to help the victims of the recent floods in Pakistan and presented his poems in this context. Ishrat Moin Seema recited her ghazals in her beautiful voice.
In the concluding remarks, Rana Saqib Khalid thanked the audience for their enthusiastic participation, interest and listening.
Fund was collected for the flood victims in the literary event, while at the end of the mushaira, the guests were treated to a sumptuous lunch.
