Islamabad (Shahid Kazmi – Raztv.net) New addition to the Financial Team of Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan. Sources confirmed that Ex-Finance Minister of PPP regime, Shaukat Tareen will join the Financial Team of Imran Khan very soon. He will join PTI led Federal Government as SA to PM or for Finance Advisor. Most likely he may get the Position Finance Advisor to PM. Some top Government officials contacted Mr. Tareen and he also showed willingness to join in as FA to PM Imran Khan. Some cases are still pending against Mr. Tareen in NAB and he is reluctant to accept this offer while cases are on a move. Some sources are also of the opinion that Mr. Hammad Azhar, the Federal Minister for Finance is not going to handle finance matters permanently. And Mr. Tareen may get this position after getting into the Power Corridor of Islamabad.
Shaukat Tareen served as Finance Minister in PPP tenure and possesses vast experience in dealing financial matters. ST also enjoys good reputations amongst bureaucracy and politicians.
