New Delhi: Despite the Corona epidemic in India, about 2.5 million pilgrims attended the Kumbh Mela, bringing the number of new Corona cases to more than 184,000 in a single day.

According to Indian media, more than 2.5 million people have so far completed their religious rites by dipping into the Ganges at the Kumbh Mela in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. The festival will last for two months and police have failed to implement SO Monday.

On the very next day of the Kumbh Mela, 168,000 new cases of Corona were reported across the country, which was a record, but today the number of cases increased and in 24 hours, the number of new cases exceeded 184,000.
