QUETTA: The Balochistan government has given the task of checking the attendance of teachers in educational institutions of the province to the Deputy Commissioners and Assistant Commissioners.
A letter has been written by the Chief Minister’s Secretariat to the Secretary Education, Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners asking them to ensure the attendance of teachers in all the Deputy Commissioners and Assistant Commissioners of schools in the province.
The letter further said that the attendance of all the teachers should be checked and a report should be sent.
The provincial government has sent the letter in view of the participation of teachers in the employees’ protest.
